To be honest, I have not reached all the content in Guild 3 yet and have not played all the professions, but from what I have seen so far, I will not go back to Guild 2 any time soon. Or simply randomly created ones by the game that randomly join your settlement depending on the towns advancements and what it can offer. In Guild 3, I like the graphics better, I feel the maps are bigger and I like the skill trees more. Then analyze the performance of your builds and understand where potential build issues exist in your project with the Build Analyzer. Options to convince dynasty families to move their homes to your new settlement.
